Members of the class of 2010 who want to begin their senior projects over the summer must have their approval documents turned in no later than May 31, 2009. Those documents include: Coordinator Approval Form Letter of Intent Signed Mentor Agreement forms (2-one for the mentor) Signed Parent Permission Form Students who have not met the Best Works requirement must do a 40 hour project.
The forms you will need for Cougar Path are available on the list to the left. Best works can be dropped off at the Career Center or at the Cougar Path Office.
