About us...
The Grant Office at Lakewood School District is a
unique department. Our function is to administer, coordinate, represent,
and manage three collaborative programs that Lakewood School District is the
grant recipient for a partnership of area school districts and/or community
organizations. The programs are:

Prevention/Intervention
Services Program that includes 35 school districts from Snohomish,
Island, Skagit, Whatcom and San Juan Counties. The program is funded through
the Office of Superintendent Public Instruction and Department of Alcohol
and Substance Abuse. Sandra Kelly is the Regional Coordinator and Grant
Manager.

Step Up
operates in Arlington, Lakewood and Stanwood-Camano School Districts and is a youth
employment program funded through the Workforce Development Council of
Snohomish County as a Workforce Investment Act youth program. Sandra Kelly
is the Grant and Program Manager.
