  About us...

Step Up is a program developed by Arlington and Lakewood School Districts to increase the services, opportunities, and incentives for targeted high school students.

Funded by a grant from the Work Force Development Council of Snohomish County, Step Up supports school district education goals and future employment goals through case management services, mentorship, paid work experience, monitoring, community service learning, and education incentives.

Youth experience the connection between school and world of work by using basic skills in practical applications, acquiring job skills, and discovering career aptitudes.
