About us...
Step Up is a program developed by
Arlington and Lakewood School Districts to increase the services,
opportunities, and incentives for targeted high school students.
Funded by a grant from the Work Force
Development Council of Snohomish County, Step Up supports school
district education goals and future employment goals through case
management services, mentorship, paid work experience, monitoring,
community service learning, and education incentives.
Youth experience the connection between school
and world of work by using basic skills in practical applications,
acquiring job skills, and discovering career aptitudes.
