Mr. Simonseth
Background:
This is Mr. Simonseth's 2 nd year teaching Geometry/Algebra at Lakewood High School, and 28th year total as a teacher. Mr. Simonseth was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Washington, graduating in 1973. After High School, Mr. Simonseth attended Skagit Valley Community College, University of Washington, and Western Washington University. Mr. Simonseth has been a teacher in 3 different school districts, Burlington-Edison, Stanwood, and now Lakewood.
Hobbies/Interests: 
Mr. Simonseth was very active and involved in athletics growing up, participating in several sports, as well as coaching several sports during his teaching career. Working out daily and staying in shape continues to be a top priority in his life, while playing golf is his favorite activity sport. Mr. Simonseth lives on 20 acres of rural land which keeps him quite busy and active around the house.
Family:
Mr. Simonseth is married to his high school classmate named Rose. They have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Mr. Simonseth takes tremendous pride in his family and their accomplishments.
Goals:
Mr. Simonseth wants Lakewood High School to be the best High School in the State of Washington, and is committed to working hard in providing the best possible educational opportunities for all students that he comes into contact with.
