About Mr. Sowards
Mr. Sowards is a History teacher and Cross Country and Track coach at Lakewood High School. He is also a Hi-Q advisor.
He went to high school at Marysville Pilchuck High School and College at University of Puget Sound.Their motto: Pros ta akra. (To the Heights)
Mr. Sowards has been coaching at Lakewood for 20 years and he's taught at Lakewood for 18 years. Besides Lakewood he has also taught at Pe Ell High School in Pe Ell, Washington. His favorite pasttimes are running and traveling.
