Health Screening at Lakewood School District

HEARING AND VISION:

All students new to Lakewood School District will be screened for hearing and vision upon admission to the district.

In addition, all students in grades K-3, 5, 7 and are screened annually for vision and hearing. Any student who does not meet State requirements will be referred for professional evaluation.

In accordance with RCW49.60, the Lakewood School District does not discriminate in employment and schools.
