Hearing and Vision Screening

All students new to Lakewood School District will be screened for hearing and vision upon admission to the district.

In addition, all students in grades K-3, 5, and 7 are screened annually for vision and hearing. Any student who does not meet state requirements will be referred for professional evaluation.
