Food Service

Free meals will once again be offered every day to all Lakewood students this school year due to an emergency allowance from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Although no pre-qualification is necessary to receive free meals this year, we highly encourage you to submit an application for free and reduced-price meals as it may help with your qualification for other support programs. Hard copies of the applications will also be available at any school office, the district office and in the cafeterias.

If help is needed to fill out the application, school principals and counselors are available to assist.

If you have questions regarding the food service program, please contact Linda Gray at or (360) 654-2079.

** We are hiring!  We currently have permanent positions posted on our employment page and would love for you to join our team! **
