Lakewood School District is accepting recommendations for our Highly Capable Program. The Highly Capable Program is designed for students who demonstrate significantly higher academic performance in specific academic areas compared to their grade level peers.
The Highly Capable Program addresses student learning needs through a continuum of service models that span from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
If you are interested in referring your student(s) for this opportunity, please complete the application materials and return them to school by January 28. The referral form (English and Spanish) is posted on the district’s Highly Capable webpage.
