Board recognizes Heart of Lakewood Award recipients
During its June 15 meeting, the Lakewood Board of Directors presented three Heart of Lakewood awards:

The annual Heart of Lakewood Community Service Award recognizes outstanding community service contributions made by a student, staff member or community member to the Lakewood School District, a local not-for-profit community organization, neighborhood group, association or initiative.
