Five LHS students selected for Northwest Honor Band

Lakewood High School will be well represented during the 2023 Northwest High School Honor Band this winter. Congratulations to senior Helena Burroughs on flute and juniors Isaias Fuentes-Palominos on baritone sax, Jeriah Gibb on percussion, Wyatt Labrecque on trumpet, and Leo Sandoval on double bass!

“I’m so proud of these hard-working musicians and this accomplishment!” said LHS band director Katy Trapp. The students will practice and perform with some of the best high school musicians from Idaho, Oregon and Washington at Pacific Lutheran University in January.
