Lakewood names Amy Hendry to Assistant Principal/Athletic Director position

Amy Lakewood High School is pleased to announce that Amy Hendry has been named Assistant Principal/Athletic Director. Hendry has been serving in the role this year in an interim capacity while filling a leave-of-absence position.

Hendry began teaching at Lakewood High School 19 years ago. She is also an LHS alum. In addition to her teaching experience, Hendry has worked as dean of students at English Crossing Elementary and as dean of students at LHS.

“Amy’s experience in this role and the wealth of knowledge she brings is a great foundation to the work that lies ahead,” said LHS Principal Jeanette Grisham.
